My Seal and Every Bit Helps

Now to the dish. Normal Panlet (see above or below, whatever) with red peppers, onion and corn scraped off of a cob (frozen), all cooked after the Panlet was finished.. I just had this flash that it would go great with salsa.

Vegetable stewVegetarian Cutlet Stew with Crushed Tomato topping. garlic powder and Parmesan on top.  Boiled all ingredients together including the cutlet, frozen vegetable, peas, spaghetti to save time. I was almost ready to give up the photography it looked so good, but if you are not willing to give up a little for your art, then you may as well find some other field which does not get in the way. Something which you can do in off moments… like suduku. I once took a cab in which the cab driver was writing something every time we hit a stop light. I asked him if it was suduku. He said, yep – it keeps me from thinking about my wife and her mother, the bills not getting paid, the coming court…) Well, I don’t know if he said all of that or any of that, but I gave him an extra tip over what I normally would have given just in case every bit helped.

Apple TurnoversApple Turnovers. Just do not turn these particular ones over! Cinnamon and sugar topping, for the side of me that likes cinnamon – well… sugar) and the side that loves chocolate which, as it was being poured on, I suggested not run immediately over to join the other, but who listens anyway. But to the important part of this dish. Sometimes we get so focused on the goal as end product that we forget the ingredients (the availability and type of materials, the fit to possible appending systems, or  to the environment in general, the people involved, the effect on the public, the environmental impact. As for me, I generally do not have to worry about these things. But, if I eat too much, I will have to buy new clothes, and given my size at that time,  it might upset the national trade balance depending on clothing country of origin. If it is too good and I eat both, then I may not want to go out to eat which will unnerve some, create less work and possibly lay-offs for others, disappointment of my fans and the paparazzi (don’t I wish), among others. And further, if it doesn’t come out tasting good or looking photographable, then I have to make extra effort to make 1000 recipes before the holidays. I will not bore you with the other myriad consequences of my actions. However, my saying all of this is a lead up to what I am about to tell you. I forgot the sugar. But everything turned out well. Made it all up with the toppings.

Crushed tomato spaghetti with vegetablesVegetable Spaghetti. This is a must prepare. Frozen vegetables, peas, eggplant fresh (in my case, not so much), onion, spaghetti broken into thirds when put in. Spices: Oriental cumin, powdered garlic. Served with soy sauce, or sweet chili sauce. With the cumin, the soy is the best.

panletThe typology of a correction.  Pecan pancake. Not just a pancake but the one which was thought-out, measured, made from flour with no leaven in it to which was added about 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder, egg, and milk. I have never used milk before. Mainly because I felt I could not spare it with 20 cups of coffee ahead of me and only one carton. Two heaping tablespoons of flour. Pecans? Caught that did you? See below. The cashews were upstaged/relegated to a finely hewed out corner of the map where the next step was inevitable – the trash. They were just wrong for this dish and with syrup – even wrong-er (if I don’t do that, OE will not let it pass). In its new revised version – superb. This dish was ‘reciped’. what this is named for

salad with mushrooms kaskaval cheeseBefore Balsamic vinegar, olive oil and a number of spices were put on.. The thing here is not to skimp on the mushrooms and cheese.. Your public will thank you for it.  The cheese is Kashkaval which is written up in Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kashkaval/ and on About http://entertaining.about.com/b/2003/08/20/cheese-of-the-week-kashkaval.htm/

the sandwich that lasts until you are finishedThe stories behind some of the names:
Submarine, Heros, Hoagie, Grinder, Po’ Boy, Rocket, Torpedo, Dagwood, Hero, Zepplin, and Italian Sandwich
http://whatscookingamerica.net/History/HoagieSubmarinePoBoy.htm
This is my version. The sandwich which lasts until you are really finished. Do not do this with white onion. You can, but remember that I warned you. And what is important here is the humus with the olive oil. If you’re eating alone, the humus will make you forget the fact. Along with the sandwich of course. Red onions, Swiss cheese, burger (veggie in this case), mayonnaise, appittit4e. If you do not have the last ingredient, don’t make
this.

[photo to come] Broken Egg Sunrise Mesa. Or the city dump. Leftover rice and peas from 3 nights ago (there’s a use for everything, even at breakfast). The peas are hidden so the birds don’t get them. The important thing here is the addon – whipped cream cheese. Actually, I wasn’t hungry all day after this. Well… it’s only 11:36, so we’ll see.

eggplant slices with cheese, mushroomsEggplant Supreme. If there is another dish out there with that name, I don’t care. This dish just replaced it. The crushed tomatoes combined with garlic powder, oregano, hot paprika (be careful) and just a small amount of sugar was perfect. Swiss cheese in case you don’t see the holes and wonder that is underneath. And of course, the fried eggplant. One of those days when you feel that everything is lost, and then this is placed in front of you. It changes your fate and for the better, I promise.

[photo to come] Fake mushroom soup with real mushrooms and Kashkaval cheese. Fry the real mushrooms first. Put the mushroom for cooking powder in a cup and add milk or water until you get a thick sauce the consistency you want. Then add water to the top of the cup and pour into the hot pan adding water or milk as it cooks and expands. Put in some cheese cut up. Read mushroom warning.

bunned cutlet “Bunned” Cutlet. Speaks for itself.

Pancake with strawberry dessert cupStrawberry dessert pancake. Bought two of those cup desserts type of thing. Waited on the second one for the right moment.  Check out the lattice work on that cake.
