And believe me, the bell pepper slice is crucial, which you can only discover by trying it on top of enough cayenne to sink a ship.
The raft which makes it possible to survive is red quinoa with olive and coconut oil, sesame and sunflower seeds, and spices. The quinoa must be great on its own. A dash of fermented soy sauce helps.
Ingredients
- red or regular quinoa boiled about 7 minutes, and let sit for 5 (adjust for longitude and altitude) Gets me off the hook on errors in timing, because I really don’t know.
- sesame and sunflower seeds added at end of cooking to preserve all of their nutrients
- 1 egg from happy free range chickens (very important). Your body can tell the difference.
- cayenne as much as you think you can stand. It really cleans/clears your veins, relieves congestion, aids digestion, and stabilizes the blood pressure, just for starters. http://whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=140
- turmeric, thyme and oregano for anti everything. The body can normally handle everything, but still appreciates all the help it can get. Also see basil below.
- sea salt and black pepper for taste and to aid in digestion.
- basil to protect cells against damage from radiation (no, not that kind, but maybe) and oxygen, and provide protection against a number of pathogenic bacteria which have become resistant to the commonly used antibiotic drugs whfoods.com And that’s just for starters! This is an amazing herb.
- sweet bell pepper which is the life preserver of this dish – in fact 2 or 3 personal flotation devices wouldn’t hurt. The taste offsets the hot.
You’ve been warned. But fantastic taste? Try it to find out.
You may also want a little sweet chili sauce.
Cayenne
By the way, if you are taking cayenne pills – don’t, but keep on with the cayenne. To read why, see http://www.whale.to/a/cayenne.html an interview with Dr. Richard Schultz “If you master only one herb in your life, master cayenne pepper. It is more powerful than any other.”
Me – This interview could change your life. Also, very interesting what he says about Alzheimer.
CAYENNE SNACK

Tortilla browned on one side in coconut oil (or olive oil), flipped over and loaded with cheese (any, but this was locally produced swiss cheese), and cayenne plus basil.
I waited until cooled down and crisp, and then “enjoyed” with a tea made with ginkgo biloba leaves and cayenne pepper, and 5 drops of Stevia or a little pure sugar.

EGG FLOP
That was incredible!
The best dish I think I have ever made.
Started out as something else.
But, because the two eggs stuck to the pan, and I had
to literally scrape them off, I figured I had had it.
So I went in a different direction. Always be willing to change your path in the middle when faced with unsurmountable barriers.
So, I found myself cutting the eggplant which just happened to be there.
Had not planned on that.
And what is eggplant without sweet bell pepper?
The mushrooms had already been cooked for the
previously planned dish.
So there you have it.
With the addition of the spices oregano, turmeric, basil
and sea salt with two dashes of black pepper.
No, no cayenne.
Another Version of Cayenne Egg and quinoa with hot cinnamon milk (not shown)

This will enhance your immune system like never before.
red (or not) quinoa
sunflower and sesame seeds in the quinoa (left over from yesterday)
2 eggs (of the three not on the floor)
goat (or other) feta cheese
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp turmeric
lots of thyme
lots of oregano
sea salt and black pepper
lots of basil
hot cinnamon milk with maple syrup
organic milk or not, 2 tsp of cinnamon, 2-3 drops Stevia, cap maple syrup.
This ‘lots of‘ depends on your size. You intuitively know what it means.
Only two rules for this dish:
Do not finish the quinoa before finishing the egg.
Do not put cayenne on the quinoa.
Tried to open the egg carton with one hand. Usually works. But not if the carton is on top of another carton which is empty and unstable. Floor omelet. Was going to photograph it, but figured that you wouldn’t want to see it. I didn’t.
It is suggested that you give an egg, or parts of it, to your cat once in a while. I tried but she would never eat it. So I stopped trying. But on the floor? You guessed it, although I don’t intend to use that method in the future.
